• If we fail to provide a solution to your issue you will not be charged for the service call.
• If we do not immediately know how to resolve your issue we will not charge you for the time it takes is to research a solution.  Our billable time will reflect only the time it takes to diagnose the issue and implement a solution.
• We will not bill you time and time again if we did not solve your issue the first time.  You only pay once.
